My journey to serve physicians started when a dear friend and former classmate, now an anesthetist, introduced me to a group of remarkable physicians at the rink. Over a few decades, I played hockey alongside many of these talented individuals, sharing in their triumphs and challenges both on and off the ice. Whether the Rockits, All Blacks, Iceholes or Rusty Blades - laughter, beers, and wings followed every game. I was drawn deeper into their world of work, family, and the quest for a balance between the two. With doctors in pediatrics, orthopedics, radiology, and other disciplines dotting my family tree, serving physicians was natural. And so, in 2014, I founded LocusMD - a visionary wealth management platform with a mission to empower physicians with the same level of excellence they bring to healthcare, enabling them to have an even greater impact on our community.
